Admissions Process

Enrollment at Gaitway High School is initiated through the student’s home school district and guided by the student’s IEP team to ensure the program is the right fit academically and socially.

Step 1: District Referral

The home school district submits the ESCWR Program Referral Form along with required documentation, including academic records, evaluations, and support plans.

Step 2: Review & Tour

The Gaitway team reviews the referral and schedules a tour and/or observation with the student, family, and district. Admission decisions are shared following this review.

Step 3: Enrollment Packet

Accepted families complete enrollment materials, including medical, emergency, and Fieldstone Farm-specific forms.

Step 4: Start Date & Transition

A start date is confirmed, transportation is coordinated through the district, and transition planning begins to support a smooth and successful start.
