Employing full-time instructional coaches can be a challenge under financial constraints. Therefore implementing a peer coaching model is an ideal way to leverage teacher leaders to grow the impact of instruction and student achievement across all classrooms. Come as a team or as an individual to this full-day, in-person training on the peer coaching model. Participants will complete and earn a certificate in the Literacy Peer Coaching LMS modules in OH ID. In addition, they will engage in activities to build capacity for instructional and peer coaching in their current setting or in a future role. Ideas to overcome barriers will be shared and participants will leave with tools for collecting data, "look for," and debriefing. Facilitated conversation to develop the next steps to get your peer coaching program off the ground will equip you for success.
