Biographical Information:
Frank Carraher is joining the team at the Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve as a Math Coach beginning the 2022-2023 school year. Frank has been teaching math at the Elementary, Middle School, and High School levels for the last 12 years. Prior to joining the ESCWR, he has incorporated best practices in the math classroom for Geneva Area City
Schools, iSTEM Early College High School, and Riverside Local Schools. Frank is licensed in 4-9 Math and Language Arts, 7-12 Math, K-12 Intervention, is endorsed in K-12 reading and K-12 Computer Science, and has his Master’s Degree in Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction. His skillset in the classroom included blended learning, differentiation, and
incorporating technology.
