In this in-person follow-up session, school and district teams will come together to reflect on what they learned through student shadowing and empathetic interviews. Participants will share key insights, explore common themes, and consider how the lived experiences of students align—or misalign—with adult assumptions and expectations.


The morning will be structured around:
-Collaborative reflection and cross-team discussion
-Identifying patterns and pain points in student experience
-Connecting findings to Emotional Poverty principles and school climate goals
-Beginning team-based action planning for school or district implementation
-Teams are encouraged to stay for an optional afternoon work session to continue developing their action plans with support from facilitators and peers.
