Join the Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve for an interactive virtual professional learning session exploring how artificial intelligence can strengthen mathematics instruction and student learning. This one-hour session will focus on practical, classroom-ready strategies for using AI tools to support high-quality math pedagogy, increase student engagement, differentiate instruction, and save teachers valuable planning time.
Participants will explore ways AI can be used to:
Generate rich mathematical tasks and real-world problem-solving scenarios
Differentiate instruction and provide targeted supports for diverse learners
Create spiral reviews, formative assessments, and extension activities
Support mathematical discourse and student reasoning
Maintain instructional rigor while using AI responsibly and ethically
Examples using AI platforms will be shared throughout the session. Educators will leave with practical ideas, sample prompts, and immediately applicable strategies for integrating AI into math instruction across grade levels.
