Who: Audience: Current or Aspiring Assistant Principals

What: Time is a critical factor for educators, whether they are teachers, paraprofessionals, or administrators. The demands of education from Pre-K through High School often leave them with insufficient hours in the day, days in the week, and months in the school year to accomplish all that they have to do, need to do, and want to do. Professional learning activities are essential for career-long growth, particularly when transitioning to a new position, as acclimating to new responsibilities, routines, and relationships can be challenging. To support educators in their professional journey, the ESC of the Western Reserve offers individualized professional learning experiences that are sensitive to their time constraints and tailored to their specific needs within their current setting.
