All returning substitutes must complete this Returning Substitute Application yearly, if you are intending  to remain a substitute for the following school year.  If any of your required documents are expired, it is your responsibility to renew them and to provide copies to the ESC of the Western Reserve. We appreciate your commitment to our schools and the success of our students.
